What happens after you send a request

Step by step

Sending a request does not book or commit you to anything.

1. Fill in the form. Share only what you are comfortable sharing.
2. Your request is passed to a local provider near Charleston.
3. The provider gets in touch by phone, text or email to offer a consultation.
4. You meet with a licensed provider, who decides what is suitable. Whether to go ahead is up to you.

What comes next

Once you press send, our part is mostly done. A provider near Charleston receives your request and reaches out to you.

• Expect contact from the provider, using the details you gave.
• They can answer first questions and offer a consultation.
• Cost is set by the provider, so ask them directly.
• You can decline at any point.

If you do not hear back, you are welcome to send another request.

What we share with the provider

We pass on what you put in the form: your name, email, phone, the service you picked and your message. That is what the provider needs to contact you about a consultation.
